10 x 99% purity B7-33 10mg

10 x 99% Purity B7-33 10mg

10 x 99% Purity B7-33 10mg is a bulk research peptide containing B7-33, a single-chain peptide derivative of human H2 relaxin. B7-33 was developed as a simplified relaxin mimetic and has been investigated for its effects on the relaxin receptor RXFP1, particularly in research involving fibrosis, vascular function, inflammation, and tissue protection.

The product specification indicates ten individual 10mg units, with a stated purity of 99%, providing a total stated quantity of 100mg. Current evidence for B7-33 is primarily preclinical, including cellular and animal studies. It should therefore be treated as an experimental research material rather than an FDA-approved medication or established human therapy.

Classification

10 x 99% Purity B7-33 10mg is classified as an experimental peptide and relaxin mimetic. B7-33 represents a single-chain derivative of H2 relaxin designed to retain selected biological activity while using a simpler peptide structure.

Research has identified B7-33 as a functionally selective agonist of RXFP1. Studies have investigated its potential effects on anti-fibrotic signaling, vascular function, and organ protection in experimental models.

Product specifications include:

• Compound: B7-33
• Stated purity: 99%
• Quantity: 10 units
• Amount per unit: 10mg
• Total stated quantity: 100mg
• Product category: Experimental research peptide
• Research focus: RXFP1 signaling, fibrosis, vascular and tissue-protective research

What Is 10 x 99% Purity B7-33 10mg?

10 x 99% Purity B7-33 10mg is a bulk research product supplied as ten individual 10mg units. B7-33 was developed from the B-chain of H2 relaxin and designed to retain selected relaxin-like biological activity in a smaller single-chain structure.

Researchers have investigated B7-33 in experimental models of organ fibrosis and cardiovascular dysfunction. A published study reported that B7-33 prevented or reversed organ fibrosis and dysfunction in three preclinical rodent models, providing a basis for continued investigation.

The stated 99% purity is a product specification and should not be interpreted as evidence of clinical safety, therapeutic effectiveness, or FDA approval.

Dosage

There is no established FDA-approved human dosage for B7-33. The 10mg specification refers to the amount supplied in each research unit and should not be interpreted as a recommended human dose.

Published research has used experimental doses in animal models, including a 2023 cardiomyopathy study in which B7-33 was administered to mice at a study-specific dose. Such animal research protocols should not be converted into human dosing instructions.

For legitimate laboratory research, concentrations and quantities should be determined according to the approved study protocol, research model, and institutional requirements.

How Does 10 x 99% Purity B7-33 10mg Work?

B7-33 works as an experimental RXFP1 agonist, meaning it is designed to activate the relaxin family peptide receptor RXFP1. Research indicates that B7-33 preferentially activates the pERK signaling pathway over cAMP in cells expressing RXFP1.

This selective signaling profile distinguishes B7-33 from native relaxin and has generated interest in its potential role in tissue remodeling and anti-fibrotic research. Experimental studies have investigated its effects on collagen regulation, vascular function, inflammation, and organ fibrosis.

Benefits

The research value of B7-33 comes from its simplified structure and its ability to activate specific relaxin-related signaling pathways. Researchers have investigated the compound in several experimental models involving tissue remodeling and cardiovascular function.

Research areas of interest include:

• Anti-fibrotic pathway research
• RXFP1 receptor signaling
• Cardiovascular research
• Vascular function
• Organ fibrosis models
• Tissue remodeling
• Inflammation research
• Cardioprotective mechanisms

In an experimental cardiomyopathy model, B7-33 reduced left ventricular fibrosis, inflammation, and cardiomyocyte hypertrophy while improving vascular measures. These findings are preclinical and should not be presented as established human therapeutic benefits.

When Should You Take 10 x 99% Purity B7-33 10mg?

You should not take this research product for personal use. B7-33 does not have an established FDA-approved human administration schedule or therapeutic indication.

The 10mg specification identifies the quantity supplied in each research unit. It does not establish a safe human dose, administration frequency, or route.

Researchers conducting legitimate laboratory studies should follow validated experimental protocols rather than applying doses from animal studies as personal-use instructions.

When Should You Not Take 10 x 99% Purity B7-33 10mg?

B7-33 should not be self-administered or used as a replacement for approved medical treatment. Current research does not establish B7-33 as an approved therapy for fibrosis, heart disease, inflammation, or other medical conditions.

Do not use this research material as:

• A prescription medication
• A heart disease treatment
• An anti-fibrotic medication
• A pain treatment
• A cardiovascular supplement
• A replacement for physician-directed treatment
• A self-directed injectable treatment

What Is the Mechanism of 10 x 99% Purity B7-33 10mg?

The primary research mechanism of B7-33 involves activation of RXFP1, the principal receptor associated with H2 relaxin. Research has shown that B7-33 binds to RXFP1 and preferentially activates pERK signaling over the cAMP pathway in relevant cellular models.

Researchers have linked B7-33’s anti-fibrotic activity to activation of RXFP1–angiotensin II type 2 receptor heterodimers, followed by downstream pERK1/2 signaling and increased activity of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2), an enzyme involved in extracellular-matrix remodeling.

These mechanisms remain an area of experimental research and should not be interpreted as proof of therapeutic activity in humans.

Uses of 10 x 99% Purity B7-33 10mg

Qualified researchers may investigate B7-33 in controlled studies involving:

• RXFP1 receptor signaling
• Fibrosis research
• Cardiac remodeling
• Vascular biology
• Cardiomyopathy models
• Tissue repair
• Extracellular-matrix remodeling
• Anti-inflammatory pathways

Research has included rodent models of heart and lung disease as well as experimental vascular studies.

These applications represent research interests rather than approved clinical uses.

Warnings and Precautions for 10 x 99% Purity B7-33 10mg

B7-33 should be handled as an experimental research peptide by appropriately trained personnel. The existence of promising preclinical findings does not establish the safety or effectiveness of commercially supplied B7-33 for human administration.

Important precautions include:

• For legitimate research use only.
• Not intended for human consumption.
• Not an FDA-approved medication.
• Do not self-administer.
• Do not infer human dosing from animal studies.
• Review available batch-specific analytical documentation.
• Follow applicable laboratory safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate product and batch records.
• Keep the material away from unauthorized personnel.

A stated 99% purity level does not establish clinical safety or therapeutic effectiveness.

Side Effects of 10 x 99% Purity B7-33 10mg

A definitive human safety profile for B7-33 has not been established. The available research is primarily based on cellular and animal models rather than large, controlled human clinical trials.

Because B7-33 has biological activity through RXFP1 and related signaling pathways, its effects in humans cannot be predicted solely from animal research. Researchers should document unexpected findings according to the applicable study protocol and laboratory safety procedures.

The limited human evidence means it would be inappropriate to provide a definitive list of expected side effects or claim that B7-33 is safe for unsupervised use.

Storage for 10 x 99% Purity B7-33 10mg

Store 10 x 99% Purity B7-33 10mg according to the supplier’s current product documentation and applicable laboratory requirements. Proper storage helps preserve the integrity of experimental peptide materials.

General storage practices include:

• Keep the product in its original labeled container.
• Follow supplier-specific temperature requirements.
• Protect the material from contamination.
• Avoid unnecessary exposure to unsuitable conditions.
• Maintain controlled laboratory storage conditions.
• Restrict access to authorized personnel.
• Follow product-specific storage instructions.

Supplier documentation should take priority over generalized storage recommendations.
